Our story reads like a fairy tale. Maybe a sideways, fevered dream type of fairy tale.

We are a “Tinder Success Story”! If you aren’t a soul that believes in fate, then you might say we are some lucky chicks. But if you think like us, then it was only a matter of time before all the crazy, randomness of our individual lives eventually led us to each other.

For Tamarah, it was “love at first site”. She says she knew from the moment she laid eyes on Charity that she would marry her one day. She had faith that Charity was “the one”.

That doesn’t mean it was an easy path to win Charity’s heart. Charity came as a package deal, with 2 daughters, Daisy and Olivia, who were 14 & 9 at that time. But instead of second guessing herself, Tamarah jumped right in and started going to games and showing up for school performances and helping wherever she could.

It was these kind of selfless acts that started to show Charity where Tamarah's true intentions were and the kind of character she has.

The months turned into years, and it seemed like 1 trial after the next. There have been a total of 5 deaths of either parents and/or grandparents between us in the past 3 years. We have survived living in a hotel with our 3 daughters, and 2 fur babies for NINE months!

Despite the challenges that life has thrown our way, successes and failures, we have learned to lean on each other. We have experienced taking turns being each other's strength and shoulder to lean on.

If anything, life has taught us to make the most of each moment we are blessed to have together. And to Thank God that He Blessed our broken roads because they did lead us to each other.
